A chain is hardly iconic.... City Spirit was iconic. If the transplant tools are crazy for crap on a plate they can roll on up to Silverthorne for some Old C's

Surprised. They always have people going there before games at Pepsi Center. Guess it wasn't enough though. Hope they put something new there soon.

Memmories from the early 90s but. Pizza, hamburgers are a past. Healthy food needs to be more present in grills and pubs. Or at least look healthy. :-)

No, good riddance. I really hope a more interesting business takes it's place.

From a WBT member who likes to start a downtown night there, I'll miss it. The bar staff are cool as hell, but I'm sure they'll be able to find jobs around the area if they wish.

The heart of the original has been lost, I hope the founder got paid well. The food is better after the corporate designer revamp. The pizza pot pie isn't horrible. But, there is no way a chain type place (olive garbage) works in that area anymore. That's a lot of square footage when there are locations in every big box strip mall in the Metroplex. Businesses are for profits, no way that store was still posting one. And it opens a big space in LoDo for something new that does fit. Old Chicago is a better fit in the outparcel of the new faux town mall at 100 and whatever. Nestled among the cookie cutter condos and subarus.

... too true, I've often spent my $$$ elsewhere due entirely to the overly abusive Denver Parking Nazis in LoDo
