I'm from St. Louis and think it's just okay. There are far better St. Louis pizza companies to mimic (Imo's is not one of them). My wife, not from St. Louis, won't touch it again.

There's a reason St Louis style pizza hasn't caught on anywhere else. It's an acquired taste. The processed provolone used on those pies has an unappealing texture and sticks to your teeth.

I always welcome new styles of food in Denver. Our metro area is starving for great good. Denver is really bland when it comes to top of the line good food and variety that is outstanding.

Just like most things, I think you have to grow up eating it to appreciate it. I miss my hometown, and Arch Pizza keeps me connected to at least a little part of it. And food is an important part of STL culture.
