And you're the one who goes to prison for manslaughter. Have fun!

that chain ring tat is on the wrong side and it's making me irrationally upset

Hey Andrew Dayton - stop being a self-entitled juvenile fucktard who thinks the rules apply to everyone else but themselves.

Really? So, you should just get to do whatever the fuck you want just because you're on a bike and decide that the law doesn't apply to you because you're 'special'. I have the right of way on a street and I'm driving a vehicle that will pancake you. YOU'RE the one who needs to a/ follow the rules of the road and stop for lights, stop signs, etc and b/ who should be extra careful because car vs bike ALWAYS comes out in favor of the car. Pull you head out of your ass.

And everyone utilizing a public roadway is legally obligated to follow the laws pertaining to utilization of that roadway...what's your point?

I've ridden on the cruiser rides in past...road rules are road rules. Just because you're on a bike doesn't mean you get special dispensation from following the rules. Brad ' s going to probably tell you the same thing - don't ride like an asshole, don't be a drunk fucktard on a bike, and follow the road rules. He posted that 2 years ago...how hard is it?

Whomever is able to avoid an accident is legally obligated to avoid said accident.

The next bunch of asstardery who blow through a red light downtown while I'm in the flow of traffic and have the green will not be getting the courtesy of me even touching my brakes. Just because you're a drunk fucktard on a bike doesn't mean you don't have to follow the rules of the road. Learn road courtesy and basic physics. You're just a speedbump with 2 wheels if you drunkenly run a light...a car will have a few scratches and blood spatter.
