I just don't go to clubs, and there's not a thing rhat makes me wish to begin anytime soon. Nothing good happens after 1 in the morning.

I think letting clubs stay open until 8am to 10 am would simply resolve those late in the night issues. As the dawn light would tire most and leave them without the will to shoot each other as they leave the club. Works fine for the Gas Panic's in Tokyo.

Yes. I live downtown and sometimes have to walk the dog late at night. 2 am on a weekend is a very bad time to be outside.

Its a good idea to leave anyway before let out. But the police force when the bars let out is heavy.
