When accused sexual assaulter Michael Miller was released on bond yesterday, the judge in his case ordered him not to access the Internet. However, the dating profile that allegedly connected him to at least one victim remains online at this writing, offering a stark contrast with the behavior described in an arrest affidavit on view below.

The document outlines the reasons for a felony charge against Miller and suggests that he may have acted similarly toward others in the past.

The arrest report notes that Miller created a profile on the dating website OKCupid. Here's how he describes himself on the site:
My self-summary

Hey there my name is Mike, I live on my own in aurora and I am a native to Colorado. I love to make new friends and meeting new people. I am a very family oriented person and am a naturally caring person at heart. I enjoy watching movies and I also enjoy cooking for others. I have 2 dogs named Jake and Shelby, they are both Australian cattle/German Shepard mix. I am on here looking for a real relationship not games and no one nighters I know everyone has been burned in their life as far as that is concerned we live life to move on and the future is bright. So with that being said, I hope you like what you read and send a message if you want to know more.. :)

FYI something that's very important to know about me is that I only get to know people offline meaning phone/ in person if that isn't cool for you I wish you the best of luck. But I truly believe that people can't get to know people by typing online. Instead I get to know people by getting to know there personality in person or phone cause that is the real way to find out if we click. I hope you can accept this about me and good luck.

The profile maintains that Miller is "really good at cooking" and includes the following items on a list of the first things people usually notice about him: "Kind, Nice, Good Personality, Great Smile, Nice Eyes." He notes that the six things he could never do without are "friends," "family," "my dogs," "my health," "electronics" and "love."

The latter is not much in evidence throughout the arrest affidavit assembled to justify a charge of "sex assault -- force." Here are the details.

Why would anybody agree to date a man who can't use there/their/they're properly?

You can say that you will mess someone up, Megan, but you never know how you will react until it happens to you.

I cannot believe the judge went so lightly on him. Pretty sad he is back on the street. Keep sharing his pic so others can be spared.

On line dating is dangerous. Believe only half of what they post about themselves and meet them in a public place. Take along mace ladies.

I would mess a guy up if he tried to sexually assault me. Always be on guard in the dating world ladies. Lots of "wolf in sheeps clothing" types out there.

Sadly, I'm in the same boat as you Stacey. I had seen this story circulating around Facebook because I am friends with the Call/Yeaman family and know their personal story with this guy- but I had not really looked into it much until earlier today when another friend re-posted the story and I saw a photo that he had used quite a few years ago on Plenty of Fish. I went out on a date with this creep, I'm ashamed to say and he was like a damn referee with all of his red flags. I was young and dumb and now I'm very thankful that I didn't ever do anything really dumb with him.....but he is a very bad person and incredibly dangerous. He uses the child his grandmother takes care of as a way to lure you into thinking he's a good man through conversation and is manipulative as hell. I feel for the girls who were in bad situations with him and hope that they put him where he belongs before any more people get hurt.

Show me where I said "nothing should be said about this guy until he is proven guilty?" I believe in free speech as well as right to due process. Not sure what you are reading.

MattandKayla Yeaman

What you stated to anger me is that that nothing should be said about this guy until he is proven guilty. The truth is, the public needs to be informed about this man. If the public had been informed of him sooner, it would have stopped countless other acts, so stop shaming the media for spreading the word about this SERIAL rapist. At this point though, I have a feeling that regardless of what I say, you will continue to defend his right to trial before anyone says anything about him, so I will leave it at that.

Jimmy Hersh

What have I stated to anger anyone? Would you please read and try and comprehend a simple truth. Everyone has a right to due process, whether innocent or guilty. For the love of god!!! Why you are taking your anger out on me is beyond my comprehension. Go pick a fight with someone else!!!

MattandKayla Yeaman

And don't even get me started about our justice system doing their jobs. If they would have taken these cases seriously in the first place, beginning 4 years ago, they would have saved countless women the pain caused by this man.

MattandKayla Yeaman

I'm sorry you feel attacked, but what you have stated is enough to anger already enraged victims and victim's families. Either way, whether he has been proven guilty, or not, there are several cases of this man doing this. In fact, enough cases to conclude the fact that he is a threat to all women around and people should be warned about this man, so he doesn't claim another victim in the process.

What are you talking about? I merely stated that everyone is considered innocent until proven guilty... That's all... Very simple idea and premise.

Kris Call

yes, Jimmy, clearly you would know all about an investigation

Jimmy Hersh

Btw... If you are part of the investigation you are doing everyone involved a disservice by speaking publicly. You maybe making it difficult to find untainted jurors!!!

Jimmy Hersh
Jimmy Hersh

Not sure why you are attacking me. Whether he is innocent or guilty he should be afforded the same due process that you or I or anyone should be afforded that is accused of a crime.

Jimmy Hersh

Well Kris I'm very sad to hear about that. Hopefully if he committed these horrible crimes he will be found guilty and punished.

Kris Call

So clearly we DO know what the fuck we are talking about!

excuse me Jimmy, my other daughter, Kayla's sister was victimized by Mike, so in essence we were there, thank you very much. We are part of the investigation.

I'm not spreading anything. I don't know anything except what the media has released same as you. Show me where I stuck up for anyone. It's dangerous when people like you with an angry mob mentality talk about a case that you know nothing about. Were you there? Well maybe you should leave it to our justice system to try and do their job. It's you and people who think, or choose not to that scare the hell out of rational, logical, and methodical people.

MattandKayla Yeaman
MattandKayla Yeaman

He will be proven guilty, just wait. There have been numerous women who have come forward about their experiences with this guy. Additionally there was 2 untested rape kits from previous cases that were finally tested and proven to be his. No one should stick up for this man. Whether he has been proven guilty YET, or not, is irrelevant. This man has rapped multiple people. The media is not misinforming anyone about this situation; if anything, it is people like you that are spreading the misinformation.

Jimmy Hersh
Jimmy Hersh

He hasn't been proven guilty in a court of law. We have due process in this country. Whether he is innocent or guilty, it is sad and pathetic that the public is judge and jury in many incidents where the only information or misinformation is fed to them from the media. Sorry but it disgusts me when people make judgements about people without the facts. Obviously if he was found guilty and convicted then this could be a big deal.

MattandKayla Yeaman
MattandKayla Yeaman

And to those of you saying Innocent until proven guilty, this guy is beyond guilty. He has had numerous women come forth. He is a dirty rappist. Stop sticking up for him.

MattandKayla Yeaman

My sister ended up with this guy shortly after she turned 18. He wouldn't let her talk to us and she sounded drugged out of her mind. After digging into his files we saw he had a previous sex offenses on his record and called the cops because we were concerned she was being held against her will. This was a year ago when some of the other cases were being filed. The police knew about this man and would not get my sister out of the house all because she was an adult now. I want this man's dick cut off and I think the police owe my sister and other victims an apology. they could have gotten her out sooner and could have saved countless other victims the pain. I am so sickened by not only this guy, but the way the police handled it too.

I have had both good and bad but I met my husband online so in the end it worked out splendidly. :)

I went out with this guy once from Plenty of Fish...ONCE! As we were walking to our cars, he asked for a hug, congratulated himself for not humping my leg...then humped my leg during the hug! Yeah, that was strange.

I met my wife through online dating nearly 15 years ago. But I had my own minor horror story that arose from online dating months before I met her. Like any method of meeting new people, it has its pros and cons. Using online dating does require taking a level of personal responsibility for one's own safety that too many seem to ignore. Guys and gals - that very charming person online who's making you think "maybe I don't need to follow all my rules this time?" - that's the person you're most likely to find yourself in trouble with. Not always, of course, but enough that feeling that way should be a big red flag to not ignore your personal rules.

I used Plenty Of Fish.. I took the necessary precautions, but I honestly wasn't that worried. There were definitely some douchebags, but all in all I liked the fact I could pre-screen guys before I decided to meet and it helped me find time to date in my otherwise busy life.. I ended up meeting my boyfriend online and we've been together over a year now. He's the nicest guy I've ever met and I'm glad I tried online dating. I think online dating requires all the precautions that should be taken when first meeting any new person. Women and men alike just need to be smart. Rape is never ever provoked or the fault of the victim, but it's obviously not smart to meet a complete stranger at a light rail station and bring him home.

It takes some common sense to survive online dating...I've had no problems. Meet them in a public place. Make sure friends and family know when and where. Never go anywhere alone with them at least that first date/meet if not the next couple. I always message them back and forth for a bit to feel them out before agreeing to meet in person. If they aren't willing to let me get to know them via online messaging for a bit then they aren't someone I want to meet anyways. I can pretty much read what type of guy they are by the first few messages and by reading their profiles....but then, I have common sense and am good at reading people and their intentions.

First clue he is a loser. He is taking a selfie in the passenger seat.

Using websites for online dating let's people meet other people they would otherwise not. There are set rules and guidelines to follow. There should be for the user as well although common sense escapes some. I used a site once and can't say anything but good. The most wonderful man I have ever encountered was found on one. We are 2.5 years into our relationship now at this time and I see it lasting much longer. It all comes down to rules on either side, maturity, and purpose. Then again there are weirdos like the guy in this story whom if true should be banned from ever using such sites again.

If he's using a site to target women why is it still there?

There are "rules" to online dating - never take them to your house on a first date!
