More photos below.
Some locals aren't going to be happy with Visit Denver. We hear all the time from folks who wish fewer residents of other places were putting down Colorado roots, yet the Instagram account of the city's official tourism agency is filled with photos so eye-popping that they're capable of convincing people not only to vacation here, but to stick around permanently. See what we mean below.

As long as they don't forget to leave after they have spent their valuable out of state tourist dollars here...

There is already to many people here I want back to the early 90's when there was no pine beetle issues, fracking everywhere, and texans and Californians fucking up the slopes.

Natives don't care for us but they love the revenue as well as the progression of this cow town!

I mean if people don't visit Denver than who will the "natives" blame for all of their problems?

Doesn't matter. Too expensive to live here now!

In terms of growth and new arrivals, we're at the same place CA was in the 60s. Perhaps we could study them and other such places and manage it better.

Visiting St. Martin I asked many people who were born and raised here, and have pride in that, what they think about all the people who move here from other places. Every single person I asked me why wouldn't they want to share the beauty of the island with other people. There are a lot of hateful, ugly "natives" from Colorado who could learn from their Sint Maarten's open and friendly people. Many of you with your superior attitudes about EVERYTHING make me embarrassed to be from here. Get over yourselves. The world is FULL of beautiful places, we're just one of them and no one gets to close the state borders, as much as you'd like to.

Pics are gorgeos and makke me happy to live here. When i moved here in '96 it was hard to find a "native" and has only gotten harder. Growth is what we owe our better than normal economy too. Its the stale, depopulating areas of the country that are in the downward spiral.
