The Gatorade Winter Free Flow Tour kicked off this weekend with amateur events at Vail and Big Boulder Ski Area in Pennsylvania, and four Colorado locals will be on their way to the Free Flow Tour Finals next month:

Tanner Coulter, 15, from Vail won the Freeski Slopestyle contest on his home mountain; Cody Boan, 21, from Breckenridge won the Men's Snowboard Slopestyle; Gill Montgomery, 20, from Keystone won Women's Snowboard Slopestyle; and Patie Baskins, 18, from Vail won Freeski Superpipe. Twelve year-old Kyle Mack, from Alpine Valley, Michigan won the Men's Snowboard Superpipe competition.

They'll join Free Flow Tour winners from 10 stops across the country next month at the Free Flow Tour Finals, held February 4-7 at Mount Snow Resort in Vermont during the Winter Dew Tour's Toyota Championship, where the top Free Flow Tour rider in each discipline wins a wild card entry to compete in Prelims against the pros.

Colorado riders will get a second chance to make the cut at Keystone on January 23: Registration is online now.
