​Ricky Gervais hosted the Golden Globes for the second time in a row this year -- looks like, as predicted by Gervais himself, he won't make it a third next year. This year's was better in every way -- more awkward, less narcissistic (even sarcastically), more fearless. They never would have asked him back if he'd started with this one.
