Today In Stoke: Last chance to register for 36th annual Wells Fargo Cup at Winter Park
Ready to have your ass handed to you by a dude in a wheelchair? Winter Park and the National Sports Center for the Disabled are hosting their 36th annual Wells Fargo Cup tomorrow through Sunday, benefiting the Denver-based NSCD and its programs in Denver, Winter Park and Kansas City. Qualifying runs for the Corporate Cup (open to skiers and snowboarders of all abilities, each team will consist of amateur skiers and snowboarders and pro disabled racers) begin at 10 a.m. on the Lower Hughes trail. 
The pro-am Corporate Cup itself (Corporate Team registration starts at $4,500, so get your boss to pony up) is on Saturday, preceded by a (free) Snowplow Sprint kids' race. And the main event, the 10th annual World Disabled Invitational, is on Sunday, also on Lower Hughes.

The Wells Fargo Cup is the longest-running professional ski race in the country and raises about $200,000 annually for the NSCD, helping to accommodate athletes with a variety of disabilities. It's also a good opportunity for Denver Broncos fans to mingle with some old heroes: Broncos alumni and cheerleaders are among the event's biggest supporters.
