Over the weekend: Sunshine, food trucks and sweet deals at the Horseshoe Market

Blue skies reigned at Saturday's Horseshoe Craft and Flea Market in Berkeley Park, where more than 100 craft and flea market vendors set up their tents in a parking lot at 46th Avenue and Tennyson Street. That noted, it couldn't have been a more beautiful day for mother-daughter bonding, people (girl and dog) watching, freshly slung pizzas, gourmet iced mocktails and hunting for lucky finds from Colorado crafters and funky shabby-chic dealers.

Hair flowers, adorable stuffed nonsense, chic shoes and big bags were just a few of the things proffered at the season's first Horseshoe.

I had a booth at the Horseshoe Market and can not say enough about how wonderful the event was. The choice of vendors was spot on. Amy and crew were fantastic to work with and we had a blast!!!
