Adam Cayton-Holland appears on the sitcom "Happy Endings" tonight; orders a sandwich

Denver comic extraordinaire and former Westword writer Adam Cayton-Holland is scheduled to make his TV debut tonight on the ABC sitcom "Happy Endings." "I ably played the role of 'Customer' and it was my duty in the scene to order a sandwich. And I ordered the shit out of that sandwich," he reports on his blog.

"Not literally. It would be weird if they included shit as an ingredient in a sandwich and you had to specifically request it out," he continues on Adam Is Freaking Out Right Now, where you can read the rest of the story.

This is the second episode of "Happy Endings," which stars Damon Wayans Jr. and Elisha Cuthbert. It's about a group of friends who live in Chicago.

It airs at 8:30 p.m. Mountain Standard Time.
