Ten things to do for $10 this weekend, March 30-April 1, 2012

At what other dance party can you see a Luchadors match? The colorfully masked Mexican wrestling starts at 10:30, is hosted by Sid Pink, and is followed by a dance party to the beats of DJ Vajra, Cobraconda and DJ Diabolic. Dudes are encouraged to dress in their finest suites and Luchador masks, and ladies in pin-up dresses and masks, so we're betting this will be a prime spot for people-watching, whether or not you're dressed to impress.
Feed Denver InPower Festival at Sustainability Park (Saturday, $5)
This sustainability fest will feature music, yoga, and fresh food all to create awareness about food justice. Support local food and farming by listening to the tunes of The Knew and Pictureplane and munching on delicious, locally-farmed eats.
Book Release Party at Counterpath (Saturday, free)
Denver-based Counterpath Press is known for championing (and publishing) experimental, cutting-edge literature, and tonight they'll celebrate the release of three new additions to the literary world: Eric Baus' Scared Text, Richard Froude's The Passenger, and Andrea Rexilius's Half of What They Carried Flew Away. The writers will be on hand to read from their work, answer questions, and prove the wide range of the Denver literary scene.
Fancy Plants: A Vegan Prom at the Mercury Cafe (Saturday, $8-10)
Whether you were too cool to go to prom or you went and endured crappy faux-fancy meat and Top 40 tunes, this Vegan Prom promises to be way cooler than the high school version. For one thing, there will be catered vegan food, and for another, there will be a cash bar and no chaperones. Put on your best duds and replace that bad high school memory with a positive one.
Park to Perk Bunny and Bike Ride at Wash Perk (Sunday, free)
It's no joke that there will be a series of fun, Easter-themed events this April Fool's at Wash Perk to celebrate the coffee shop's fourth birthday. Beginning with pastries and hot chocolate at the Wash Park West Flower Gardens and continuing with an egg hunt, bike ride and visits with the Easter bunny, this should be a fun family event to get out and hang out with a dude in a giant bunny costume.
