Reader: Zak Bagans deserves a spirited defense!
Like a good ghost story or a reality show in eternal reruns, Tiffany Fitzgerald's "Ghost Adventures host Zak Bagans comes to Denver, meets Phil Goodstein, acts like a child" lives on, and on.
And the comments keep coming.
Says Lardy:
How would you like it if someone came along and called you Tiffany Fitzbitchald?Yes, Bagans did act like somewhat of a douche, but on the other hand Phil Goodstein isn't the end-all-be-all of Paranormal phenomenon. He obviously wasn't open minded enough to consider a scientific explanation to these phenomenon.
There are thousands of different opinions on the existence of Ghosts, Goodstein is just one. Whether or not he's more thorough than someone else is just another opinion.And that quote: "These naturalistic explanations show up and they destroy the best ghost stories you can imagine," just shows that Goodstein is an adamant believer in the Paranormal and desires no scientific or logical explanation to debunk haunts that could be as simple as faulty wiring or mold spores. That sort of devotion could get someone hurt, or worse, killed.
You need to take a beat to rethink your position before you gallivant to Goodstein's rescue and before you determine that Goodstein, a well-grown man, can't fight his own battles.
And whether or not he's a "Goddamn national treasure" is really up to the Nation, not just you.
