3 things to do for free this week, November 19-22, 2012
Save your money for Black Friday -- you don't need to open your wallet over the next few days in order to keep yourself entertained before the tryptophan coma. See a comedy show, attend a reindeer petting zoo, and relax with yoga -- without spending a dime! For a full calendar of events, visit the online Westword calendar. And if you know of other great free events this week, share them in the comments section below.

Propaganda at Lannie's Clocktower Cabaret (Monday)
Lannie's Propaganda comedy night is moving to Monday this month, and it will also be absolutely free. The Grawlix's Adam Cayton-Holland, Andrew Orvedahl and Ben Roy, along with Los Angeles comic Rory Scovel, will all be performing during an evening of laughs in the lavish, red-curtained setting at Lannie's. A surprise guest is also supposed to grace the stage tonight -- although the ones already billed are reason enough to go.
Holiday Spectacular at El Diablo (Wednesday)
Ring in the beginning of the holiday season at the annual lighting of the historic First Avenue Hotel. El Diablo and Sketch Food & Wine Bar are throwing a giant bash, complete with food and drink specials, holiday decor, and even a free reindeer petting zoo. You say the neon lights are bright on Broadway?
CorePower Yoga Cares at various CorePower Yoga studios (Thursday)
Prepare for your big Thanksgiving meal today with some exercise and meditation at CorePower Yoga. At various studios around Denver and Boulder, CorePower will be hosting donation-based yoga classes for the holiday. Chaturanga, down-dog and high plank your way into Turkey (or tofurkey) Day. And even though the sessions are free, all donations go to the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless -- so consider dropping some dollars for a worthy cause.
