Photos: On the men's fashion runway of the 2012 American Crew Face Off

The opening night of the American Crew: Faces of America runway showcased many treats for its audience, including styles created by the men's grooming company and its competition finalists, the debut of the 2013 American Crew collection ("Crewcial"), the American Crew All-Starsʼ interpretation of a well-groomed man, and education on menʼs grooming for 2013.

Many of the models listened to iPods or chatted while waiting for the show to begin.

This look is inspired by the outdoors men of America and is part of the segment called "Field and Stream."

All of the models and staff listen attentively as Artistic Director of American Crew, Craig Hanson, gives them instruction proceeding the show. "Feel the music, have good pace, and be confident," Hanson told the models.

This is the inspiration board found backstage for the fashion show's five different looks of the evening: cowboy, crewcial, field and stream, REI guy and face off.
