Yes, there's another film called Somebody Up There Likes Me; it's a 1956 biopic of boxer Rocky Graziano starring Paul Newman. But "this film has absolutely nothing to do that," notes Brit Withey, laughing. "It stars Nick Offerman, who a lot of people are hot on right now" thanks to his work on the NBC sitcom Parks & Recreation. "And he's really good in this film, which is a great story about these two friends who grow up, argue and fight, just like any other friends do, over the course of 25 years.

"The movie goes in segments and skips along in five-year chunks," he notes. "So you'll see that one's married, and then five years later, he's divorced or married to the other guy's ex-wife. But there's no attempt to make them look older. It's a really interesting way of showing -- or not showing -- the way they move through life, and it works really well. It's a very funny, very smart film. I'm a big fan."

As a bonus, director Bob Byington, who won the Artist's Choice award at the festival a few years back, is expected to be on hand for the screening.
