Enjoy the art as well as drink specials, hemp-bar samples from Evo Hemp, and tunes from DJ Viking Sound Machine.

Open Media Foundation Anniversary Party at Denver Open Media (Friday, free)
For six years now, the Open Media Foundation has been showcasing independent voices on Denver Open Media. That's definitely something to celebrate, so the foundation is throwing a party tonight complete with a performance from Achille Lauro, a silent auction, an awards show, and food and drinks. Even if you can't make it to the free bash that starts at 7:30, you can experience it on KGNU and Denver Open Media, where it will be broadcast live.

Beers for Burma at ArtHaus Gallery (Friday, $10)
Support a good cause while you drink good beer tonight at Beers for Burma. The night will showcase Colorado craft beers, music, art and circus-style acrobatic performances; proceeds go to local organization Shoot Cameras Not Guns, which will use the funds to help provide workshops in Thailand and Burma that teach how to tell stories through photography.
