Boedecker Theater brings classic-rock rarities to the big screen
The names you'll recognize -- the Doors, Led Zeppelin, Neil Young, the Rolling Stones -- and the titles of Boedecker Theater's upcoming film series will be a treat for classic-rock fans who have already devoured big-budget docs like When You're Strange or last month's Crossfire Hurricane. "Both the Doors and the Stones films are live performances, and seeing them in the theater gives you that sense of being in an audience," says Glenn Webb, cinema manager of the Boedecker Theater. "And the picture and sound is so good at the Boe. Everyone today is watching things on their laptops and tablets, and this is such a different experience."
