Powerhaüs Studios is ready for its closeup, and its first First-Friday open house

Jimmy Sellars
It's more than a little eponymous when three Westword MasterMinds decide to share a studio, but that's just what's happened: Fine artists Lauri Lynnxe Murphy and Jimmy Sellars and fashion designer Mona Lucero, all in a state of career flux, have thrown their fortunes together at Powerhaüs Studios, where they'll be throwing open the doors to the public for their first First Friday tomorrow.

My Voice Nation Help

I have to say that I personally asked for the comment by jamesdp44 to be removed directly by Westword, Livefyre who obviously doesn't maintain their "Powered by Livefyre" widgets and by the Voice Media Group. No image or actual name attached to "he" who is making allegations about my "debts" - it is quite cowardly. My name is misspelled exactly as it has been with other slanderous materials written throughout the internet.

This is ridiculous and silly - but I must address it. You Mr. jamesdp44 should address me personally and not attack my intentions or past in a public forum where you are not even capable of using your own name or picture.

Sooo...let's get this right, they are throwing their fortunes together.   Maybe, Mr. Seller's should throw his fortunes into his past ventures and pay past debts before trying to attach himself to new ventures.  With that said... I tried to go into this space with an open mind.  Always love to support the local art scene.  Gravely disappointed.  Nothing new and nothing extraordinary here.  Wondering why this article was written.
