Photos: Down & Derby was for lovers at City Hall over the weekend
Down & Derby's first night at City Hall was a romantic one. The monthly adult skate night, formerly held at the Exdo Event Center, took on Valentine's Day (albeit a little belatedly) over the weekend with a love-filled, heart-bedazzled party.
