Celebrate the unique medium of performance art on the Auraria Campus all week. A line-up of performances with titles like "The Energy of the Horse" and "Self Loathing When Everything Is Perfect" will intrigue gallery-goers daily; there will also be a Nerdy Derby and a screening of Marina Abramovic: The Artist is Present on Thursday.

Jeanne Liotta at the University of Denver MCOM 117 (Tuesday)
Jeanne Liotta creates stunning experimental films that regularly explore the cosmos and outer space. The NYC/Boulder artist will be in town today to shed light on her impressive body of work as part of DU's Freeform Film Series.

Pirate's 33 1/3 Anniversary at Pirate: Contemporary Art (Wednesday)
Denver gallery staple Pirate: Contemporary Art is celebrating a somewhat strange anniversary today: its 33 1/3 year. That, of course, is the vinyl anniversary, and to enhance the party Phil Bender will gather multiple record spinners all DJing at once.
