Labor Day has come and gone, but we should have at least another month of good weather here in Denver -- so let's enjoy it. This week we're watching movies, popping balloons and playing bingo -- all for free.

If you know of free events we missed, post them in the comments section, and check out the online Westword calendar for a complete line-up.

Hedwig and the Angry Inch at Rocky Mountain College of Art & Design (Wednesday, free)
The Visiting Artist, Scholar and Designer program at RMCAD kicks off its lecture series for the year with a screening guaranteed to generate discussions of identity. The film, which was also a Broadway hit, follows a transgender rock star on tour who tells her life story while searching for the former lover and bandmate who stole her songs. Seating is limited, so RSVP here.

Happy Hour Bingo at Lost Lake Lounge (Wednesday, free)
Bingo with the old folks at the bingo halls is a lot of fun, but it can also get pretty expensive. Tonight, play for free at Lost Lake Lounge and dob away for a chance at tickets to some pretty cool concerts.

Fashion Night Out Downtown Boulder at Pearl Street Mall (Thursday, free)
It's only a few years old, but Fashion Night Out in downtown Boulder is already a national event. It celebrates local fashion in a big way, complete with mini-makeovers, runway shows, live music and balloons to pop that may have prizes in them. Watch the models strut their stuff and support your local fashion community.
